What they are is given below:<\/p>\n<p>1. Lifestyle and habits:<\/p>\n<p>Alcohol use: The main cause of fatal diseases including lung cancer is the use of tobacco (smoking and chewing). Excessive alcohol consumption also causes cancer of the liver and throat.<\/p>\n<p>Wrong diet: Consumption of excessive processed meat, foods with artificial colors, and excessive sweets.<\/p>\n<p>Obesity and lack of exercise: Weight gain causes hormonal changes and invites various types of cancer.<\/p>\n<p>2. Environmental factors:<\/p>\n<p>Ultraviolet rays: Excessive exposure to the sun can cause skin cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Pollution: Constant exposure to toxins and chemicals (for example, asbestos and benzene) in the air and water.<\/p>\n<p>Radiation: Excessive exposure to X-rays or other radiation sources.<\/p>\n<p>3.
