Important things to know about this:<\/p>\n<p>1. Estrogen and serotonin<br \/>\nEstrogen affects the production of serotonin, the hormone that gives happiness. When estrogen levels decrease, serotonin levels also decrease. This leads to lack of sleep, anxiety, and unreasonable anger.<\/p>\n<p>2. Premenstrual syndrome (PMS)<br \/>\nIn the days before menstruation, estrogen and progesterone hormones suddenly drop. This is called Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). Menopause<br \/>\nDuring or immediately before menopause (perimenopause), there is a significant decrease in the hormone estrogen. This can cause chronic anger, hot flashes, and depression in women.<\/p>\n<p>4. Postpartum hormonal changes<br \/>\nAfter childbirth, the body&#8217;s hormone levels change rapidly.
