That is, the feces of an infected person contain millions of viruses. When people who do not wash their hands with soap and water after going to the toilet touch other food or water, the virus spreads to it, and the virus enters the mouth of someone else who eats that food.<\/p>\n<p>Contaminated drinking water: The biggest cause of hepatitis A is contaminated water.
