Heart Attack: Recognizing these 5 symptoms in advance can save your life!

The first hour (Golden Hour) of a heart attack is very crucial. If you notice the above symptoms, you should immediately seek the services of a cardiologist or get an ECG. Remember that the elderly, people with diabetes, and BP are at risk of having a heart attack without any symptoms (Silent Heart Attack). A healthy diet and regular checkups will help ensure heart health.

Never ignore these warnings from your body:

Chest Discomfort: Watch out for severe pain, heaviness, or a feeling of pressure in the center or left side of your chest. This may last for a short time or come and go.

Pain in other parts of the body: Pain that spreads from your chest to your left arm, neck, jaw, back, or upper abdomen may be a sign of a heart attack.

Shortness of Breath: Feeling extremely tired or having difficulty breathing without doing any strenuous activity may be a sign of heart failure.

Excessive sweating: Sudden onset of cold sweats in cold weather or while resting should be taken seriously.

Dizziness and unexplained fatigue: Feeling faint or experiencing extreme fatigue may be due to reduced blood flow to the heart.
