1. Seated Knee Extension
This exercise, which can be done while sitting, is the best way to strengthen the muscles around the knee.

How to do it: Sit upright in a chair. Slowly raise one leg parallel to the floor. Hold for 5 seconds and then slowly lower it.

Benefits: Strengthens the quadriceps muscles without putting too much pressure on the knee. This will help reduce knee pain.

2. Ankle Pumps
This is the simplest exercise that helps increase blood flow to the legs and reduce swelling.

How to do it: Sit or lie on the floor or bed with your legs extended. Use only your feet to move your toes forward and backward (like a car accelerator). Repeat this 20-30 times.

Benefits: Improves blood circulation in the veins of the legs. This helps in reducing swelling and fatigue in the legs.
