Bathing daily may be refreshing, but if you do not pay attention to the following things, it can be harmful:

1. Using excessively hot water
Although bathing in hot water during the cold season or at night is pleasant, excessive heat can strip the skin of its natural oils. This can cause the skin to dry out and become itchy. It is best to use lukewarm water.

2. Taking long baths
Exceeding the bathing time by 10-15 minutes can cause the skin to lose moisture. Leaving water on the skin for a long time can also cause premature aging (wrinkles).

3. Using harsh soaps
Soaps containing excessive chemicals can upset the pH level of the skin. Choose a mild body wash or natural soaps that are suitable for the skin.

4. Washing your hair every day
Although you can bathe your body every day, washing your hair with shampoo every day can cause your hair to dry out and break. Using shampoo only two or three times a week is better for your hair health.

5. Rubbing your body hard with a towel
After bathing, rubbing your body hard with a rough towel can damage your skin. Instead, pat it dry with a soft towel.
