Unexplained weight loss.
Difficulty swallowing food.
Vomiting blood or passing black stools.
Severe, persistent pain in the upper abdomen.
Anemia.

Endoscopy: The most accurate method to identify whether an ulcer is cancerous is to take a biopsy through an endoscopy.
Medications: Take the medications prescribed by the doctor on time and complete the course.
Diet: Avoid alcohol, smoking, and excessively spicy and acidic foods.
