Headaches are something that bother everyone regardless of age. But not all headaches are the same. Often, our lifestyle is the main reason for this. The main reasons are:
Tension Headache: This is the most common cause of headaches. Workload, family problems, and mental stress cause the muscles around the head and neck to tighten, leading to severe headaches.
Migraine: This is a severe pain that is felt on only one side of the head. It is characterized by excessive sensitivity to light and sound. Hormonal changes, certain foods, and lack of sleep can increase migraines.
Sinusitis: When there is swelling in the sinus cavities around the nose, severe pain is felt in the forehead and under the eyes. Such headaches that come with a cold are likely to worsen when bending over.
Dehydration: A decrease in the amount of water in the body can affect blood flow to the brain. This causes headaches. Drinking plenty of water can help prevent these headaches.
Vision problems: Staring at a computer or mobile phone for long periods of time and changes in vision can cause eye strain and headaches.
