Vitamin D deficiency? Don’t ignore these symptoms!

How to increase vitamin D?
Sun exposure: It is best to get 15-20 minutes of sun exposure between 10 am and 2 pm every day. Be careful not to expose your hands and face to the sun.

Diet: Include fatty fish (sardines, mackerel), egg yolks, milk, and mushrooms in your diet.

Testing and supplementation: If you experience symptoms, get a blood test (25-Hydroxy Vitamin D Test) and take supplements only as directed by your doctor.

Nowadays, due to indoor jobs and lifestyles, most people are deficient in vitamin D. This can later lead to bone diseases such as osteoporosis. This problem can only be solved by getting some sun exposure every day and following a proper diet.”

Vitamin D, known as the ‘sunshine vitamin’ because it is obtained from sunlight, can cause many serious health problems if it is low in the body.

Main symptoms:
Persistent fatigue and weakness: Feeling chronic fatigue no matter how much sleep or rest you get may be due to vitamin D deficiency.

Pain in bones and joints: Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption. Its deficiency can cause back pain and weak bones.

Decreased immunity: Frequent fever, colds, and respiratory infections are signs of vitamin D deficiency.

Hair loss: Severe hair loss is also associated with vitamin D deficiency.

Delayed wound healing: Wounds that take longer to heal after surgery or injury may be due to its deficiency.

Mood changes: Depression, anxiety, and unreasonable sadness
